Kelly Harris – Owner, Stylist & Esthetician
Kelly, an Olympia native, is the founder of Premiere Salon & Spa and has been a licensed cosmetologist, nail technician, and esthetician for over 30 years. A former educator for Aveda in the Northwest region, Kelly has an immense passion for the industry with a constant thirst to keep up on the latest techniques.

Tiffany – Stylist
Tiffany attended Maricopa Beauty College in Arizona, and has 15 years under her belt with 12 of those being at Premiere. Her favorite part of being a stylist, besides providing services, is getting to meet people from all walks of life and learning more about them with each appointment. With incredible precision and blending techniques, Tiffany does amazing men’s and women’s services of all variations, with her specialty being men’s cuts and soft blonding with Aveda foiling techniques.

Carolanne is a Stylist born and raised in Olympia, specializing in color and sustainable beauty. When she’s not doing hair, you may catch her singing or longboarding. Her background in artistry allows her to customize any color or cut to best complement each guest.

Amy – Stylist
Amy has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 26 years having attended Centralia Beauty Collage. Specializing in all over color, foils, cuts, perms and good old fashion roller sets! An Olympia area native whose passion is making everyone feel good in the chair. With an eye for detail and precision she’s not happy unless you love it!

Deanna – Massage Therapist & Esthetician
With her license in massage therapy from Ashmead College, Deanna has practiced for 17 years; as well as becoming a master esthetician. Her massage treatments are a combination of relaxation and therapeutic techniques that are customized to each individual, along with optional aroma therapy. She is also certified in neuromuscular cupping technique and intraoral manual therapy for TMJ treatment. From start to finish she is enthused about sharing her knowledge of balancing the body, and builds her clientele through excellent communication and follow up.

Violet McWhirk- Stylist
Violet has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 3 years and specializes in waves, curls, and coils. Positivity is her inspiration and she always finds new ways to connect with her guests. She loves helping her clients feel confident in themselves and providing them knowledge on how to take good care of their hair, no matter what length, texture, or style.

Emily Baldwin- Stylist
New to the industry, Emily started with Premiere as our first apprentice in our program and quickly immersed herself into the world of Aveda. She became a full stylist with us this spring and has become a specialist at all things color. When she’s not at work you can find Emily hiking or at home with her cats Suki and Cece.
