BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please contact us at 360.753.3299 or click REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT to schedule your appointment. We recommend scheduling regular services in advance to insure your first preference of date and time.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: The gift of self-care is always appreciated. Treat your loved ones to a day at the spa by selecting any listed spa package or dollar amount. Gift Certificates can be purchased in store or over the phone.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS: We would be honored to help you prepare for your next special event. Please contact our front desk coordinator to arrange your day.
CANCELLATIONS: In consideration of our staff, we ask that you allow 24 hours notice for single service cancellations. For all multiple services, packages or services over 3 hours we ask that you allow a minimum of 72 hours for cancellations. For late cancellation and missed appointments, we will redeem 50% of the service cost for the inconvenience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us within one weeks time.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges are welcome! At Premiere we want you to be just as happy at home as you are when you visit us. Exchanges exclude: Make-up, Limited Edition Items, Travel Sizes, Discontinued Items, & All Styling Tools . Refunds are only given in the form of store credit.
