Kelly Harris – Owner, Stylist & Esthetician
Kelly is the founder of Premiere Salon & Spa and has also been a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician for over 30 years. A former educator for Aveda in the Northwest region, having a passion for the industry with a constant thirst to keep up on the latest techniques, and Olympia native, Kelly is a full service stylist, esthetician, and also offers several nail services as well. Kelly is a Level 2 stylist.

Tiffany – Stylist
Tiffany attended Maricopa Beauty College in Arizona, and has 15 years under her belt with 10 of those being at Premiere. With incredible precision and blending techniques, Tiffany does amazing men’s and women’s cuts of all variations. She has multiple Aveda color certificates such as “Hair Color Magic,” “Beyond Balayage,” and “Pure Foiling.”

Ryan – Stylist
Ryan first started his career with Premiere as a front desk coordinator. Then coming back as a stylist. He’s been a stylist since 2011, first working in Seattle before he moved back to Olympia. He loves to preform lightening services.

Carolanne is a Stylist born and raised in Olympia, specializing in color and sustainable beauty. When she not doing hair or may catch her singing or longboarding. Her background in artistry allows her to customize any color to best complement each guest.

Amy is new to the Aveda lifestyle but is dedicated and growing fast in the art of wellness and beauty. She has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years having attended Centralia Beauty Collage. Specializing in all over color, foils, cuts, perms and good old fashion roller sets! An Olympia area native whose passion is making everyone feel good in the chair. With an eye for detail and precision she’s not happy unless you love it!

Geena has been working with Aveda since 2012 and has adapted to the culture of plant-based power and sustainability not just in the salon, but in her personal life as well. Hair is her creative outlet and can help achieve any of your hair goals, wide and far. Her specialty and favorite is lived-in colors. Geena is a Level 2 Stylist.

Robert was born in raised in Phoenix, Arizona where he has been doing hair since 2015. He loves to create art in many mediums, hair being one that he is most passionate about. His work shows variety of skills where his specialties include Highlight/Blonding services. Always looking to give you want you desire, you can expect detail starting from consultation all the way to the end of your service. In his free time he is a devoted plant dad, and loves to spoil his cats Barthomew and Pajamas. Robert is a Level 2 stylist.

Deanna – Massage Therapist & Esthetician
With her license in massage therapy from Ashmead College, Deanna has practiced at Premiere for 8 years. Her massage treatments are a combination of relaxation and therapeutic techniques that are customized to each individual, along with optional aroma therapy. Deanna has multiple certificates which include Aveda product such as the signature scent “Stress Fix” massage, as well as the “Chakra Balancing Massage.” From start to finish she is enthused about sharing her knowledge of balancing the body, and builds her clientele through excellent communication and follow up.

Lauryn has been a part of Premiere for 9 years, and is an indispensable member to the team. As our Manager, Lauryn handles many things in the salon. She helps manage our day to day operations, our staff and all customer service issues. She is also trained in the art of Aveda having taken the “My Aveda” course, and can answer any product question a client has.
